Where do you print?

In Crystal Lake, IL.

How is turnaround estimated?

Turnaround is estimated from the print time for your item plus the jobs already in the queue. We show that estimate as a date range, not as one promised day, and not as a fixed number of days for every order.

The range is the window we expect the print to be ready. It is not a carrier delivery guarantee. A short print with an empty queue is a different wait from a long print sitting behind other jobs.

When does an order ship?

It ships after the print is ready. Handling time after the item is printed: 1-2 business days after the item is printed. Shipping charge: $9.95 up to 8 oz, $15.95 up to 2 lb, and contact us over 2 lb.

Can I return a personalized or custom item?

Personalized orders get a full refund if canceled before printing starts. Once printing starts, they can't be refunded. See Returns & Refunds.

Is the custom-request deposit refundable?

Custom requests take a 50% deposit. That deposit is not refundable once printing starts.

Will you print a character, logo, or franchise design?

No. We do not print trademarked or licensed characters, logos, or franchise content. We also do not print weapons, weapon parts, or anything illegal. See Prohibited Items.

Are prints food-safe or toys?

Nothing is sold as food-safe. Not a toy. Ages 14+. Small parts.

Care

PLA softens around 140°F, so no hot cars, dashboards or dishwashers. Glow items are for battery LED tealights only, never a real flame.

Do colors match the photos?

Colors may vary slightly.

How do I pay?

Stripe processes payments. Card numbers are not stored on this site. Accepted payment methods: Card and wallets through Stripe.

Do you charge sales tax?

Illinois sales tax is calculated at checkout (Stripe Tax).

Can I pick up in Crystal Lake?

Local pickup in Crystal Lake, IL is free when you choose it at checkout. The order is paid in full. We email when it is ready.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are by request and quoted case by case.
