These terms cover orders placed with Neon Nozzle 3D Print Co., a sole proprietorship in Crystal Lake, IL through neonnozzle3d.com. Placing an order asks us to make a physical print.

The seller

Neon Nozzle 3D Print Co., a sole proprietorship in Crystal Lake, IL.

Made to order

Prints are made to order. Photos show the design. Colors may vary slightly. Prints are not food-safe.

Not a toy. Ages 14+. Small parts.

Children's products

Items are collectibles for teens and adults and aren't designed or marketed for children 12 and under.

Prices and tax

Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and tax unless stated.

Sales tax: Illinois sales tax is calculated at checkout (Stripe Tax).

Payment

Stripe processes payments. This site does not store card data. Accepted payment methods: Card and wallets through Stripe.

Accepting an order

An order is accepted when the payment, or the deposit, succeeds.

We can refuse an order that asks for a prohibited item. See Prohibited Items.

Turnaround

The ready date is an estimate from the print time for your item plus the jobs already in the queue. We show that estimate as a date range. It is not a promised delivery day. Shipping is covered on the Shipping page.

Custom requests and personalization

Personalized orders get a full refund if canceled before printing starts. Once printing starts, they can't be refunded. A custom request requires a 50% deposit, and that deposit is not refundable once printing starts. Details are on Returns & Refunds.

Personalization cannot include names, logos, or characters from teams, brands, or franchises.

Designs you send us

You warrant that you own the rights to anything you upload or request.

You also may not upload or request models you did not create or lack a commercial license for (including non-commercial MakerWorld, Printables, and Thingiverse files, and resold paid models); copyrighted artwork, song lyrics, book quotes, or movie lines, alongside characters and logos, including in personalization text; names or likenesses of celebrities, public figures, or any real person without their permission; or hateful, harassing, explicit, or threatening personalization text. Realistic replica weapons and props are prohibited too. The full list is on Prohibited Items.

Prohibited items

You may not order weapons, weapon parts, trademarked or licensed characters, logos, franchise content, or anything illegal. The list is on Prohibited Items.

Risk and liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid.

Governing law

Illinois law governs. Venue is McHenry County, Illinois.
