Neon Nozzle 3D Print Co. prints to order in Crystal Lake, IL. A package goes out once the print and any finishing for that order are done.

Destinations we ship to: United States only.

When your order ships

The ready date is an estimate, not a promised delivery day. We estimate it from the print time for your item plus the jobs already in the queue, and we show it as a date range. The FAQ explains that estimate.

Time after the item is printed, before we hand the package to the carrier: 1-2 business days after the item is printed.

Transit time after that handoff depends on the destination and the carrier. This page does not add a separate transit promise.

Shipping rates

Amount charged for shipping: $9.95 up to 8 oz, $15.95 up to 2 lb, and contact us over 2 lb.

Free-shipping threshold: No free-shipping threshold for now.

Carrier and tracking

Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Crystal Lake, IL is free when you choose it at checkout. The order is paid in full. We email when it is ready. Write to [email protected].

International orders

We do not ship internationally.

Lost or damaged packages

A package counts as lost once tracking has shown no movement for 7 days. Damage needs a photo. We reprint only, with no refund.
